Guest Vendor

Guest tents are provided to local craftspeople or artisans who would like to be involved with the Hudson Farmers Market for a weekend or two during the main marketing season. If you are interested in applying for a guest tent please SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION HERE and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We will need for you to supply Liability Insurance if available or sign a "Hold Harmless" agreement if you do not have Liability Insurance. Download Hold Harmless Agreement.

New OR Returning Vendor

Applications for the current season must be submitted by February 15th.  If you have not submitted your application by the deadline, the Hudson Farmers Market may choose not to accept it.  

The Hudson Farmers Market has limited space and gives preference to returning vendors that are in good standing with the organization.  Although we strive to welcome new vendors to the market each year, space for new vendors is often very limited.

You will be notified if Approved or Denied by March 15th.  If approved, you will need to submit proof of insurance and your vendor fee before your first day at the market. The application includes opportunities to upload supporting materials.
